Education Qualification – 

Community Development– 2-year PG Degree/Diploma with 60% in Community/Rural Development, Development Management, or related fields from a recognized institute. OR 2-year PG Degree in Social Work with specialization in similar areas and 60% marks.

Environment – 1st Class Degree in Environmental Engineering with
minimum 60% marks OR any Engineering Degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks

Finance – Qualified CA/ICWA.

Legal– Graduate in Law of 3 years / 5 years’ duration from recognised University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.

Marketing & Sales – Bachelor’s degree with a 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing (Major) from a recognized institute, with at least 60% marks.

Materials Management – Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical with a 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Management and at least 60% marks.

Personnel & HR – Graduate with a 2-year Full-Time PG Degree/Diploma in HR, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, MHROD, MBA, or Social Work (HR specialization) from a recognized institute, with at least 60% marks.

Security – Graduate Degree

Coal Preparation – B.E./ B.Tech.,/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Chemical/ Mineral Engineering/Mineral & Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
